Due to the personalized nature of invitations we do not issue refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
THE ONLY EXCEPTION FOR REFUNDS IS, IF THE MISTAKE IS ON OUR PART AND YOUR EVENT IS QUICKLY APPROACHING
Minimums:
We have a minimum of 10 invitations.
Payment:
Vanessa Cavaco Designs accepts Visa and MasterCard through paypals secure website. Full payment is required to place an order. We do not accept cash or personal checks. Money orders are accepted. If you wish to pay by a money order, please email your request to our customer service department. One of our representatives will then contact you to arrange this transaction.
Ordering Process for Non-Wedding Invitations:
Within 36-48 hours of placing your order you will receive a proof via email to review and approve. If any changes are necessary a revised proof will be sent to you. Once you have approved the design, it will be printed and shipped within 3-4 business days
Turnaround Time:
Our wedding invitations are all handmade, we need at least 8-12 weeks ahead of your mailing date for wedding invitations. After you place your order our production and shipping times are generally within 2-4 weeks
Our collection of simple invitations can be placed within a shorter time period, and our usually shipped out within 5 days of proof approval
Once your order is placed you cannot reduce the quantity ordered.
Handmade invitations are unique. No two invitations will be exactly alike.
Rush Orders:
Orders placed under 6 weeks are considered rush orders, we can accomodate rush orders, but we charge 15% above the retail price, due to the fact that we will put your request above our production schedule.
Rush processing is available on most items, but please notify us by email at info@vanessacavacodesigns.com prior to placing your order. You will then be given a quote based on your particular needs. Rush orders will be subject to a markup based on the requested completion date and the current production schedule. The completion dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Although USPS rush shipping is very reliable, Vanessa Cavaco Designs is not responsible or accountable for shipping times.

Vanessa Cavaco Designs takes great care in securing all our orders. Your
transactions through Paypal are guaranteed to be secure.
Privacy Policy:
Vanessa Cavaco Designs is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. The information you supply is used only for billing purposes and to complete orders. Vanessa Cavaco Designs does not distribute or sell any of your contact or event information.
Returns:
Since all of our products are customized, all sales are final upon checkout and products cannot be returned. Due to the labor-intensive nature of our items, once you have placed an order we are unable to issue any refunds, returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order and read the terms and conditions. We also suggest you order an actual product sample and so that you are completely familiar with our products prior to placing your order.
When you receive your order, open it immediately to check for accuracy. In the very unlikely event that you receive your order and it is damaged or you receive your order and it does not match the final proof that you approved, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will work to correct this in the fastest way possible. All sales are final unless a mistake or damage has occurred.
